Quick App
Complete our Quick App online. Within 24 hours, we will review and contact you regarding your loan submission. We will review various options and/or move your file straight into the next stage.
Full App
You will receive an email with a link to sign the Letter of Intent (LOI) or Term Sheet and a link to complete the full application. Everything you entered on the Quick App will populate into the Full App and, if you are a repeat borrower, all your personal data will pre-populate as well.
On submission of the Full Application, the system will ask you to upload required documents needed to process your loan.
Processing/ Underwriting
After we review your uploaded documents and start the underwriting process, look out for automated email that will contain your loan status and required document checklist. The checklist will show the status of each required item.
NOTE: Underwriting may sometimes add new items, so always open/read the email notifications to check your loan status.
Closing
With our technology platform making it easy for all parties to collaborate in real time, we are able to close loans in 28 days or less.
